Olfa's 45mm Splash Rotary Cutter was designed with cutting in mind. The ambidextrous design makes cutting a breeze. The Olfa's 45mm Splash Rotary Cutter blade is made of tungsten carbide steel and includes a blade cover for safety. Ruler:
Non-slip for stable and safe cutting and frosted for clarity on light- and-dark material. 1in grid markings with 1/2in, 1/4in, and 1/8in increments for accuracy.
