In it she shares five simple sewing patterns - skirt, dress, blouse, pants/shorts, and jacket/coat - a collection of DIY accessories, her sources of inspiration, and even a peek inside her sketchbooks, her studio, and her travels. The garments are modeled over the course of four seasons by Jansdotter and her fiends, women ranging in age from teen to senior, showcasing how easy personal style can be with a few key garments and accessories, well-chosen fabrics, and the most basic sewing skills.
