We have been closely following the development of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic and recommendations from the CDC and health officials as our Community bands together to help each other.

Mr. Sewing Machine would like to share with you changes we’ve put into place to help us continue to serve our Customers while also keeping the health and safety of everyone as our top priority.

We are open, and taking precautions to keep you safe

• Our store is open Monday - Saturday from 9 AM - 5 PM.  In addition, we accept orders online and over the phone, and we offer shipping options on our website.
• Face masks are required for all Customers and Team members in the store at all times.  Hand sanitizer is provided for your protection.
• Machine Diagnostics: We are continuing to offer our machine repair service.  Machine diagnostics are available daily, during normal business hours.
• Machine Sales and Support: We are still selling Baby Lock sewing machines.  After a nationwide backorder, Baby Lock machines have begun to ship again!  Please check our website often for new inventory.  For your convenience, we offer online machine demos and operator lessons via teleconference.  
  
  

Increased Disinfecting at the Store

Our Team continues to do a full wipe down of all machines and common surfaces in our store. At our repair bench, we disinfect all machines before performing any service.

Shopping To Fit Your Needs

Online and phone orders are still the safest method of shopping for everyone.  We offer a variety of shipping options, including free shipping on orders over $100. For additional Customer support, we offer appointments via tele-conferencing during business hours.

Most importantly, we are here and ready to listen to you! If you need an extra convenience during this time, please let us know!

Community Safety is Top Priority

This is still a fluid situation and we will continue to evolve as we get more recommendations from the CDC, WHO and our local health officials. We will keep you informed but you are also more than welcome to contact our store anytime with questions.
